Email / Marketing Platform Specialist H/F
Within OVH, the Digital Department is in charge of product marketing, communication, customer experience and digital conversion & acquisition generation. Grouped by geographic area, traffic management teams contribute to sales growth by maximizing traffic for target customers and prospects.
As Marketing Platform specialist you're leading Customer & Prospect relationship management by executing & coordinating WW customer digital touch points (including marketing / sales / event) & campaign operations in a transversal customer-centric unit. The team administers the operational system ( Selligent ), builds segments, manages automatic workflows, executes & coordinates efficient lead nurturing programs, and analyzes campaign impact.
The team is also responsible for marketing GDPR compliancy.
Coordinate and realize the operational run of the marketing platform PRM & CRM:
- Coordinate the business plan email and marketing platform
- Realize and disseminate the reports and performance of the marekting platform
Coordination and improvement of processes around emailing notion at OVH (FR + WW):
- Conduct email training with salespeople
- Writing and documentation of existing email processes
- Automation of recurring spots
Guarantee and monitor the quality of the data used in the CRM for the realization of marketing segment.
- Define and write the need of the email team to its data providers (CRM / BI / archi)
- Create (re) usable & relevant operational segments for digital sales and digit event teams
Manage & train customers in the definition of targeting, the heart of the target
- Support, support and reinforce the Marketing Platform team
- Participation in the team roadmap construction
- Co build OVH PRM and CRM strategies
- Participation in the implementation of transformation's project around the traffic experience (ex: establishment of a marekting platform)
- Appetence for international work
- Ability to go for "the origin" and dig always
- Technical know-how (data / integration)
- English / French mandatory
- PRM CRM & email knowledge
- Trafic acquisition & conversion
- As a bonus: be aware of evolving in BtoB e-commerce within a tech sector.
- Graduate in Marketing
- A first experience (2 years ) within a marketing / traffic / e-commerce team: a plus if it's about emailing or CRM
- Humility / relational quality / great adaptability
