Sales & Marketing Operations Manager - M/F

Within OVH, the CSO Department is in charge of the commercial development of offers through the various channels and for all products and universes.  Results-oriented, sales teams develop a dual knowledge of OVH customers and products to maximize the value proposition and differentiate OVH from its competitors.  Present in France and abroad, CSO develops telesales, direct sales and partnerships with other IT players to offer innovative services to its customers.

Reporting to the Cluster Leader, the Sales & Marketing Operations Manager, is responsible for all actions necessary to confirm any new sales (collection of information, contractualization, updating of management systems). 


  • Ensure compliance with sales administration procedures
    • Take orders directly from customers or in liaison with OVH sales managers
    • Collect, control and record the necessary information (creation / update of customer file, orders, invoicing...)
    • Manage the contract with the client, with the help of the Legal Department if necessary
    • Provide customer and technical support teams (CCO, COO Run client) with information about customers and requested service levels
    • Ensure that the CRM system is updated

  • Manage Customer Relationship
    • Ensure an excellent level of communication and responsiveness to customer needs
    • Maintain a very good knowledge of the offers and services offered by OVH to its customers
    • Deal with specific requests for information (documentation, prices, general conditions, etc.)
    • Direct customer requests to the right OVH service
    • Coordinate with the Accounting Department to manage invoicing
    • Manage disputes and complaints

  • Set up emailing and phoning campaigns
    • At the request of Digital Sales, set up and execute email campaigns with specific targets of customers or prospects. Segment, integrate, and analyse the impact of campaigns for the cluster
    • Set up specific phoning campaigns in CRM, and analyse the impact for the cluster

  • Contribute to the process of continuous improvement of business efficiency
    • Be proactive in improving the efficiency of sales administration processes
    • Participate in sales performance analyses to identify optimization actions
  • Good understanding of sales and distribution processes
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools
  • Fluent in french
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interact easily with all levels of the organization
  • Rigorous and organized
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
  • Worked in a sector with a strong technological services focus
  • Has acquired international experience
