About the role:

OVHcloud, a leading global cloud company is looking for a Marketing Development Manager to join their fast-paced and lively team. As a local Marketing Development Manager for your region, you will have the opportunity to define, orchestrate and often execute yourself operational marketing activities and contribute to the business objectives in a very stimulating environment.

The purpose of this role is to ensure continued business growth in new and emerging local markets for OVHcloud. As a Marketing Development Manager for several regions you will rely on OVHcloud's Corporate teams to support your activities and help you deliver the best marketing mix to achieve success. This role will benefit from additional marketing experts localized in the different regions to execute the plan your team defines locally and make sure messages and product launched are consistent with the rest of OVHcloud organization. In this role you will both plan and execute the marketing tactics locally and globally with your team while refining the key value messages for your audiences and partners thanks to a good knowledge of the product portfolio.

In the context of OVHcloud global Marketing organization you will be reporting to the Head of Product Marketing.


  • Drive the marketing strategy in your region
  • Define the marketing plan priorities for the Cluster based on corporate inputs and Cluster priorities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market dynamics and competitive landscape in the cluster, and execute specific competitive analysis
  • Together with the Cluster Leader, identify the main growth opportunities for the region
  • Be present & speak at key industry events and OVH academies, webinars, meet-ups and other OVH events
  • Orchestrate new product launches in the cluster and coordinate roll-out with cluster teams
  • Train & support cluster teams on OVH / product value proposition
  • Support Marketing & Digital Sales teams in articulating the key messages for their acquisition, farming and communication campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to corporate teams about cluster market dynamics, relevance of the offers, pricing, value propositions
  • Produce event/webinar content for countries
  • Assist with key communications projects

Skills required:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Senior Project management experience 
  • Have the ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects
  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Leadership
  • Team management


  • Have prior experience of managing marketing projects
  • Experience of managing marketing teams 

Qualities required:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Be IT savvy
  • Be highly creative, proactive
