Cloud Inside Sales Manager
The CSO department is in charge of developing commercial offers for all products and ranges through various channels. Results oriented, the sales teams develop an in depth understanding of customers, as well as OVHcloud products to maximize value proposition and differentiate OVHcloud from its competition.
The Inside Sales Manager leads the APAC Inside Sales Team, whom are in charge of acquiring and growing customers. Based in our Regional Hub in Singapore, the Inside Sales Manager is a key actor of OVHcloud international presence. Dynamic, proactive and passionate about Sales and the Cloud Industry, this manager drives in a mutli-cultural team which ultimate goal is the client's satisfaction.
- Drive day-to-day sales activities across the APAC markets and ensure the sales metrics are being achieved.
- Contribute to the success of Sales campaigns by gathering feedback and suggesting ideas of how to better address our prospects and customers.
- Manage directly a team of Inside Sales Representatives from various geographical backgrounds. Keep a high level of motivation in the team.
- Develop the team members skillset through coaching, training, and on the job learning experiences. Act as a first point of contact for internal processes (CRM, escalations ).
- Personally manage a small portofolio of key accounts in the region.
- Be an advocate of OVHcloud values and Culture.
- Participate actively in the recruitment of new team members and their training and integration to the team.
- Report, Analyze and Act upon weekly sales activities numbers.
- Knowledge of the Cloud industry (knowledge of OVHcloud products is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
- Sales mindset,
- Customer orientation and technical acumen,
- Rigorous, autonomous, resourceful, organized and proactive,
- Language skills: Fluent English, other Asian languages a plus,
- Previous People Management experience preferred
