As a Digital Marketing E-commerce Specialist for OVHcloud, you will drive the digital marketing activities in the Southeast Asia region. You will implement and deploy local strategies to support ambitious online sales growth while also improving conversions and increasing lead generation. Working collaboratively with the speacialist teams, you will coordinate the implementation of the commercial plan / digital roadmap.

The role

Monitor and analyze the main KPIs for your market/perimeter:

  • Monitor and analyse traffic, website orders and other website activities 
  • Anticipate and forecast actions in accordance with the main KPIs trends
  • Analyse year to date activities in relation to planning and coordinating the current year actions

Digital commercial plan / implementation:

  • Suggest digital sales actions for market /perimeter and coordinate the execution (6 month view)
  • Analyse campaign performance and update actions as necessary
  • Set up the digital commercial sales plan following new and updated products (website Home page, secondary banners, communication plan, targeted emails, display, SEM,…)
  • Execute the digital commercial plan in accordance with the various Customer Unit stakes
  • Develop the up-sell and cross-sell strategy to increase the added value of our products

Acquisition plan / Loyalty plan:

  • Deploy the local traffic actions in accordance with input from the traffic and content team on the main range of products
  • Monitor the global traffic dashboard on your market (SEO, Direct traffic, referrals…)
  • Identify and manage interactions with the relevant forums, influencers and bloggers on your market.

Benchmark analysis:

  • Benchmark on sales actions (competitors)
  • Benchmark on acquisition (SEO, SEA)

Skills and experience

  • Business or engineering related Masters, specialising in web marketing, e-commerce, or digital communication is desired
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a multi-channel digital marketer
  • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and AARRR levers
  • Experience in building and executing digital commercial roadmap
  • Proven experience of distilling actionable insights from data to improve multi-channel strategy
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Ability to write ad content and complete basic image editing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi stakeholder environment
  • Good understanding of the Southeast Asian market
  • Knowledge of analytics tools, A / B testing, customer feedback, mouse tracking & heat mapping
  • Cloud product knowledge and/or technical background is desirable
