Account Sales executive

OVH is currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join our new Sales team. Your role will be to assist  existing  customers by answering sales requests through incoming calls and email tickets. In addition, you will be called upon to attend OVH lead special events during which you will be helping with the growth of OVH's business with existing customers.

Your role ?

  • Identifying the best OVH product in order to better meet customer needs
  • Implement the sales strategy for a portfolio of middle-market customers taking into account their needs and expectations
  • Support the business development of a portfolio (middle-market customers) and prospects and build with these customers a long-term relationship
  • Help clients identify additional needs
  • Implement the portfolio management strategy
  • Ensuring customers' satisfaction with the products and solutions offered
  • Manage and monitor customer relationships
  • Identify and overcome sales hurdles
  • Validate business opportunities and add them to our customer system (CRM)
  • Take part in organizing and hosting conferences to promote and present OVH products and-or technologies
  • Reinforce the brand while providing excellent customer service

    • Perfectly bilingual  (FR / ENG)
    • Good understanding of OVH products desired but not require
    • Ability to recommend products based on clients needs;
    • Good knowledge of IT market and of competitors.
    • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal;
    • Customer orientation and technical acumen;
    • Capacity to adapt to a changing environment;
    • Rigorous, autonomous, resourceful, organized and proactive;
    • Good knowledge of IT market and of competitors.

    Your experience ?
    Graduated from a management school and / or a business school.5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
