Within OVH, the ambition of the Health Safety Environment squad integrated into the SU Social of the CHRO department is to put this expertise at a reference level in the world.

To make this ambition a reality, it is proposed that the Health, Safety and Environment at Work department be brought to life and developed.

This team must provide real expertise and lead a process to change the Health and Safety at Work culture applicable to a World Wilde perimeter.

The ambition is broken down into 4 objectives:

  • Develop a culture of occupational health and safety
  • Prepare the Health Health Health Safety Environment challenges in line with the development of companies
  • Reduce work accidents and control associated costs
  • Project yourself into an ISO certification organization (45000 / 14000).

The main responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Prevention Coordinator are to coordinate, lead and monitor health, safety, wellness and environmental activities.

It acts as a cultural change agent in the management of HSE with all stakeholders and stakeholders.

His mission is to fluidify the information (up and down) within the team, relay and implement the expectations formulated by the HSE manager and the company's management.

The main tasks are to coordinate the group's HSE initiatives and ensure HSE monitoring:

  • Manage a team of HSE facilitators
  • Assist HSE facilitators in the operational management of sites
  • Ensure the operational management of site
  • Support the personal and technical development of HSE advisors
  • Create a dynamic with DC office managers and identified HSE relays
  • Lead the HSE advisors network, office manager and HSE relay on the HSE aspect

As the scope is international, travel will have to be planned with a frequency to be determined according to the division and organization of the scope with the HSE manager and the leadership teams.

  • Regulatory monitoring
    • Support the deployment and ensure compliance with legal and other health, safety and environmental requirements on the sites
  • HSE Reporting
    • Produce analyses and statistics related to prevention as required and participate in any other related activities
    • Set up and/or adapt the reporting process
    • Ensure the consolidation of reporting on the main indicators used to manage the project
    • Ensure the management of indicators
    • Deploy the measures necessary to implement a proactive safety culture
  • Risk and incident management
    • Support the analysis of HSE incidents (accident, 1st aid, near miss, unsafe situation, industrial environmental impact)
    • Perform risk analyses and controls
    • Identify and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
    • Act as a resource person for local management, ergonomics employees and HSE advisors
  • Safety culture
    • Act as a support and expert in health, safety and environment
    • Organize health and safety information, awareness or training activities
    • Collaborate with the HSE manager on the HSE strategy to be deployed (definition of the roadamap)
  • Process, procedures et instructions
    • Set up the document management system adapted to the scope of the project
    • Conduct workplace audits and make recommendations

Your profil ?
  • Bac +3 / Bac +5
  • 5 years minimum of experience in the field of safety and environment (ideally in an industrial environment) with managerial experience
  • Possible travel to be planned
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of ICPE regulations and ISO standards (14000 / 45000)
