Technical Account Manager - M/F H/F

The role of Technical account manager (TAM) consists of being responsible for the proper functioning of enterprise client infrastructures. As a member of the Professional Services team, the TAM manages the deployment of solutions for his clients and maintains regular exchanges with them in order to guarantee satisfaction, the proper usage of tools, and the development of operational activities. He acts as the main contact and conductor with internal teams to lead different projects as per the OVH high-quality standards.

Your Role ?
  • Manage key account clients' activities (operational activity monitoring, growth, capacity management, new needs)
  • Ensure proper integration of new infrastructures and services
  • Analyse and communicate new opportunities to the commercial and/or technical teams
  • Generate dashboards and review KPIs (SLAs, service follow-ups)
  • Conduct/contribute to different committees (operational, project, and strategic)
  • Lead crisis cells during major incidents by involving the client and various technical teams
  • Participate in internal processes improvements (incident, problem, and change management)
  • Monitor proper client contract application
Your Assets ?

  • Very good knowledge of CLOUD technology and products
  • Competency in systems administration and virtualization (Linux, VMware vSphere, Openstack, MS Server)
  • Client relationship experience required
  • Bilingual candidates preferred
  • Knowledge of OVH products and services

Your Experience ? 

  • University diploma desired
  • 3+ years of experience with key account clients is required
  • ITIL certification is an asset
