Within the OVH Singapore team, the traffic acquisition manager is responsible for defining the digital traffic acquisition strategies on the Southeast asian, Oceanian and Indian markets. You will be responsible to deploy and implement traffic acquisition methods and tactics to improve the online web traffic.
You will own the growth of the OVH asia-pacific customer base through online marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, paid social, display, affiliate, programmatic, retargeting, a/b testing, and landing pages.
This is a hands-on role and the ideal candidate is data driven, results-oriented, and a self-starter who can quickly contribute from content and campaign creation to keywords optimisation.Your responsibilities ?
Increase the traffic on 3 websites and grow the new customers based in Southeast Asia, Oceania and India.
- Prepare traffic acquisition strategy per market and execute them to support aggressive growth goals
- Create, implement and monitor all paid, referral, affiliate and organic channels in order to optimize conversion and drive acquisition
- Build relationships with tech/hosting/Cloud related communities, bloggers and influencers to find new traffic levers
- Manage allocation and optimization of budgets and bidding to drive revenue, and drive down customer acquisition costs to improve effectiveness in all channels
- Analyse campaign results, report on key metrics and optimize future campaigns based on learnings
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Sales team in charge of the websites sales and promotional events
Define and implement the local SEO strategy in coordination with the Head Office team:
- Create a content strategy in collaboration to generate traffic and maximize SEO benefits
- Analyze keywords positioning for the main countries of your markets, suggest opportunities and optimize the positioning by offering and implementing corrective measures
- Build a strong back-link acquisition strategy
- Review site content, structure, page title.. and provide SEO optimization recommendations
- Work in close collaboration with the SEO team and share best practices
- Deep understanding of Analytics, automation platforms and CRM
- Good track record of distilling actionable insights from data to improve multi-channel strategy
- Excellent knowledge of SEO concepts
- Ability to work in an international environment and across multiple departments

Your experience ?
- 3 years of experience as a traffic acquisition Manager or in a related role with strong knowledge of traffic acquisition campaigns
- 3 years of experience in SEO, social media and managing digital marketing campaigns with proven track record of successfully executed campaigns
