Registry Liaison Manager F/M (temporary contract)

As a partner in the Domain Names department, your missions are as follows:

- You are in collaboration with the registries (partners) and authorities (such as ICANN)

- You ensure that the registry fonts comply with OVH's own processes

- You work on the automation of these processes with the technical and customer teams

- You integrate notifications and documents issued by registries and authorities into internal OVH tools and make them intelligible to teams

- You improve and bring to life the internal tools that aggregate knowledge related to the fields and allow the proper management of the department's projects

- You are in continuous contact with the various departments within OVH, you follow the projects initiated by the registries and you ensure that they are properly implemented

Required skills

- Fluent in English, written and spoken

- Ability to read, integrate and summarize administrative, legal and technical documents in English.

- Ability to work on multiple and complex topics

- A spirit of synthesis and organization

- Mastery of office automation tools (spreadsheets, word processing...)

- Interest in information technology, new technologies and more specifically web technologies


Appreciated skills

- Fluent in French

- Knowledge of internal quality and project management

- Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA tools

- Experience in supplier relations

- Technical skills (computer development, professional experience in the Web...)
