Marketplace Manager H/F


The Marketplace manager is responsible for growing the community of 3rd party vendors for OVH new marketplace that provides to OVH clients a one-stop-shop for complementary solutions to OVH's offerings.


Development of Marketplace offer & value proposition

  • Develop value proposition for vendors to join OVH marketplace
  • Define products catering for the defined target segments
  • Set selection criteria to define whether providers would be a good fit with OVH marketplace
  • Together with legal, deliver the vendor contract and the terms of use of the marketplace
  • Define the compensation strategy
  • Stay on top of digital trends, competitors, and industry best practices

Identification of new vendors

  • Identify the key domains of solutions complementary to OVH offerings that are relevant to be addressed with the Marketplace.
  • Identify new prospects through various channels: online search, conferences, internal leads
  • Work with clusters' teams to identify prospects in their region
  • Attend conferences and other meetups to identify new partners to work with
  • Coordinate contracts for all new partners
  • Manage the subscription requests

Onboarding and management of providers

  • Define the vendor on-boarding process
  • Onboard new partners making sure their experience is seamless
  • Work with prospects to define how to position them on the marketplace
  • Regularly engage with providers to understand their needs and upgrade OVH offering
  • Define retention strategy
  • Organize events to bring the marketplace community together

Promotion of the marketplace

  • Optimize the customer journey within the marketplace to ensure a high conversion rate
  • Define the promotion & communication plan
  • Animate the marketplace & ensure the marketplace receives a high traffic rate (SEO, ……..)
  • Maintain a marketplace dashboard


Your ability

  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Strong ROI mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive internal and external relationships at all levels

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree, with MBA desirable in addition to 5+ years' experience as a proven expert in Sales or Marketing
  • A strong track record in Marketing & Sales, ideally gained in high-tech B2B sector
  • Experience with marketplaces is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a complex and changing environment with multiple, divergent stakeholder interests
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights combined with a logical thinking approach to achieve ongoing improvement and productivity gains in key processes
  • Demonstrable experience of maintaining effective relationships and managing third party suppliers
